Radius Windshields Japan always strives to provide services that reflect the opinions of our customers, so please feel free to consult with us about anything from product details to system setup. Our products are backed by the manufacturer's warranty. Our technical staff is always on standby to assist you.

A wide variety of payment methods are available

Payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, online banking, and PayPal (to be implemented soon).

 

Delivery of Items in Stock

We will usually ship within 48 hours from the receipt of the payment, however, if you are in a particular hurry, please feel free to contact us. 

 

International order

If the items that you would like to purchase needs to be shipped from Radius UK warehouse we envisage the delivery period may take up to approximately 3-4 weeks depending on the amount of stock required. Having said that, as long as there are stocks at Radius, we may be able to deliver the items to you in a much shorter timeframe.  We will do our very best to inform you as soon as possible should there be any delays in the delivery date. 

Please note that you may be subject to additional delivery costs. This will depend on the timing of your order and how quickly you would like your orders to be delivered to you.

If you would like to know a more detailed information the delivery date please feel free to email us at info@radiusWindshields.jp and we will do our best to revert to you within 24 hours of the receipt from your email between Mondays to Fridays (other than bank holidays).

NB/ The delivery dates shown on the website and at the time of order and quotation are only estimates and are subject to change due to various circumstances.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any problems caused by delays in delivery. Please understand this in advance.

ORDERING INFORMATION

Shipping and Handling

Radius Windshields Japan offers free shipping for orders over 30,000 yen (including tax) anywhere in Japan.

If the total amount of an order is less than 30,000 yen (including tax), a shipping fee will be charged.

 

Packing

In order to avoid excessive packaging, which wastes resources, Radius Windshields Japan will ship all products in the same condition in which they were received

 

Delivery Note and Receipt

The receipt is printed at the end of the invoice. Please detach the receipt from the delivery note and use it.

We do not affix revenue stamps to receipts as we pay by tax declaration.

 

Payment Methods

1. bank transfer: orders received by 3:00 p.m.

2. Credit card: Orders received by 3:00 p.m.

Payment and order confirmation will be made when we receive confirmation of your order.

Orders received after the above time will be processed the following day.

Please note that the date and time of delivery is only a “wish”. Please confirm the details when you place your order. Please note that delivery may be delayed due to weather, traffic, or the convenience of the delivery company.

If the product is to be ordered, we will contact you by e-mail or phone within 48 hours to inform you of the delivery date.

*Even if you have requested “combined delivery,” the items may be shipped in separate parcels depending on the product's packaging, stock location, or shipping company's circumstances.

About Stock Status

Stock status of each product is as follows.
Please contact our sales staff for more detailed information.

 

In Stock: In stock and ready to ship as soon as the order is confirmed and receipt of payment is confirmed by Radius Windshields Japan.

Expected Delivery Date: This is the expected delivery date at this time. The arrival schedule is subject to change without notice.


Special Orders: Not all items are always in stock.  In addition, such as custom-made items and special-order items, may take a little longer to be delivered. We usually deliver within 2 – 3 weeks but please inquire separately for details on the expected delivery dates.  We will always try our very best to get the ordered items to you as soon as possible.


Delivery Methods

You can choose from the following delivery methods for your purchased items.

  1. Batch Shipping: All items in your order will be shipped together when all the items are in stock.

  2. In-stock first: In-stock items will be shipped first. The remaining items will be shipped as soon as they are available.


Notice Regarding Shipping
  1. If you order multiple items, they will be shipped separately and may arrive at different dates.

  2. If your order includes items that are on order, they will be delivered together as soon as they are available.
    If the purchase amount is less than 30,000 yen (tax included), your order will be shipped together.

  3. If you have placed multiple orders, the items may be shipped in batches depending on the contents of the items.

 

Purchasing for the Purpose of Resale

Please refrain from purchasing items for the purpose of resale at an inappropriate selling price. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend future orders that are deemed to be for the purpose of resale. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation so that we can offer our products to as many customers as possible at a fair price with confidence.

Receipt of Initial Defective Product​
Before sending the purchased products to Radius Windshields Japan

Before returning an item to Radius Windshields Japan, please contact us at info@radiusWindshields.jp and inform us of any malfunctions, initial defects, or damage to the product.

We will verify the information and issue you an RA number (Return Authorization Number), which you will need to return the product to us.
If you do not return the product within 2 weeks of receiving the RA number, your order will be cancelled.

 

Points to keep in mind when sending back the product
  1. For products that come with a warranty card, please send the warranty card to Radius Windshields Japan along with a note detailing the detailed malfunction, delivery address, and phone number.

  2. Please write the “RA number” in the remarks column of the invoice and affix it to the top of the box of the product to be shipped. Please do not write anything on the outer box of the product at this time.

  3. Please pack the product carefully to avoid any damage during transportation.

  4. We may not be able to accept items that have not been reported to Radius Windshields Japan in advance, that do not have an RA number, or that have been sent by a carrier other than the one specified by Radius Windshields Japan.

  5. If the reason for returning the product is unknown, the product will be kept at our company for one week, and once the storage period has expired, the product will be returned to you by cash on delivery.

  6. Please note that we cannot accept any accessories not related to any of the products sold on our online store.

Shipping and Handling Charges

Normally, customers are responsible for all costs associated with sending or bringing in repaired products. However, in the case of initial defects and repairs under warranty that have been confirmed in advance, the product can be sent by Yamato Transport only with payment on delivery (the RA number below is required). (Please note that we do not accept payment-on-delivery for Okinawa and other remote islands.

 

RA number (return receipt number)

For initial defects or in-warranty repairs, you will need an RA number issued by our support team. Please be sure to indicate the RA number in the remarks column of the invoice when you return the product.

 

Replacement or Repairs

Please note that delivery of replacement items or repairs may take around 1 to 3 months depending on the issues as our manufacturer is based in the United Kingdom.  However, we will use our best endeavours to liaise with the manufacturer to ensure your items are either replaced or repaired as soon as possible.

 

Acceptance of Returns

As a general rule, we accept returns of purchased products within 14 days, including the date of delivery.


However, return conditions differ for some products listed in “Returns and Exchanges (this page)” and other pages, and will be handled in accordance with the applicable rules.
 

Cases in which returns/exchanges are not accepted
  • Products for which more than 14 days have passed since delivery

  • Products made to order, special-order items, or products that have been ordered on special order.

  • Products without complete packaging and accessories

  • Products that are stained or damaged, including the product packaging

  • When the items pointed out are judged to be product specifications rather than defects

  • Products that have been modified or altered

  • Unopened consumable or wearable products

  • Opened DTM related products

  • Defective parts of some large items

 

Returns due to product defects
  1. A full refund of the product price (including tax) and shipping costs will be made, or the product will be exchanged for the same item.

  2. If a replacement item is not available or it is difficult to provide the same item, a full refund will be issued.

 

Other precautions
  1. If we believe that you are intentionally repeating returns, we may restrict your future use of the site.

  2. No returns or exchanges will be accepted if more than 14 days have elapsed since the product was received. Any problems or defects with the product will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty policy.
     

About the return method
  1. To return or exchange an item after receiving it, you will need the RA number issued by our company. Please submit a return request at info@radiusWindshields.jp

  2. Shipping charges for returns at the customer's convenience are the responsibility of the customer. Please send the product(s) back prepaid.

  3. If the return is due to a defect in the product, please send it back with Yamato Transport freight collect. If the product is returned by a delivery company other than Yamato Transport with payment on delivery, the product will be returned without receipt. The customer will be responsible for shipping costs when returning the product.

  4. When returning merchandise, please return it with all accessories in the same condition as when you received it.
